A premium Muskoka waterfront cottage — seven bedrooms, room for sixteen, and a private dock where the lake meets the morning sun.
The Cottage
Tucked into the evergreens on the shore of Lake of Bays, Sunrise Cove is a spacious ~3,000 sq ft retreat built for gathering. Big spaces, quiet spaces, and outside spaces — there's always something for every member of your family or group.
Step inside the main level to a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, a screened-in Muskoka room, and a great room framed by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Below, a walk-out basement holds the games and arcade room; above, a soaring loft bedroom takes in breathtaking water views.
The shoreline is clear and sandy — two feet at the shore, six at the end of the dock, no weeds — perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddle-boarding from late spring through fall.
